Information Collection and Use
To provide and improve App and Website, we collect certain information from you:
- Registration Information: When you register an account, we collect information such as your email address and password.
- Usage Data: We use Firebase to track user interactions within the app to understand user preferences, app performance, and areas for improvement.
- Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access our app, including the model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
- Content: we collect content provided by users in the App such as text and images.
Website
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
App
We collect information about our users using Firebase. Firebase is a development platform by Google that provides various tools for tracking user interactions, app performance, and user authentication. We use Firebase for the following purposes:
- Analytics: To analyze user behavior and trends to improve app functionality and user experience.
- Crash Reporting: To identify and fix app issues promptly.
- Authentication: To manage user registration and sign-in processes.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
