Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Ponder app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Ponder app.
Use of Ponder Ponder is a app to create and share ideas through text and images. These Terms govern your use of Ponder and any content or functionality offered through the app.
User Conduct You agree not to use Ponder for any illegal activities, including but not limited to, bullying, harassment, discrimination, or spreading hate speech. Engaging in prohibited activities may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal action where necessary.
